Smoke Navi ("the App") is developed and operated by Lumina AI Co. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

The App collects the minimum data necessary to provide its core functionality:

• Location data — Your device's GPS coordinates are used solely to show nearby smoking areas on the map. Location data is processed on-device and is not stored on our servers.
• smoking area reports — If you report a smoking area or a correction, the smoking area's location and the features you select (such as covered or backrest) are stored in our database. Reports are submitted anonymously and contain no personal information.
• AI Guide questions — When you use the AI Guide, the text of your question is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate an answer. Questions are not stored by us after the session ends.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information.
• We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID).
• We do not track your location history or movement patterns.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

• Supabase — Used to store the smoking area location database and anonymous user reports. No personal information is stored. Supabase Privacy Policy
• Anthropic Claude API — Used to power the AI Guide. Your questions are sent to Anthropic's API. Anthropic Privacy Policy
• OpenStreetMap — smoking area location data is sourced from OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL license.
• Apple MapKit — The map display is provided by Apple Maps. Apple Privacy Policy

4. Data Retention

The App does not retain personal user data on our servers. Anonymous smoking area reports become part of the public smoking area database. App settings are stored locally on your device only and can be deleted by uninstalling the App.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
